The cuisine at Karma Royal Palms uses fresh ingredients, exotic flavours and classic culinary techniques to create a seductive menu of Goan, Indian and Western dishes.
As with all Karma Royal Resorts we procure fresh meat, poultry and fish from the morning market and fresh fruit and vegetables are delivered daily. Our menus are simple, nutritional and fairly priced which we believe our members and guests prefer. Our team of chefs take great pride in sourcing the freshest local ingredients to create an inventive menu of Goan and Indian dishes, as well as a handful of Western favourites. Choose whether to dine in the comfort of the air conditioned restaurant or outside in the beautifully manicured garden.
Look out for daily specials – usually dependent on what the fishermen caught the night before!!

Dining At Benaulim Brasserie
Take a seat in our stylish restaurant and prepare to be charmed by delicious Goan delicacies and Indian favourites. There’s an excellent Indian wine and cocktail list, too. The interior décor is unique with contemporary art that gives rise to a vibrant buzz about this thoroughly modern Indian eating emporium.

Pool
Our fabulous pool is located in the centre of the resort. Take a refreshing dip, join in a game of water polo or stretch out with a good book in one of the poolside deckchairs.
